9 Nights Wine & Food - Spain

Day 1 - Madrid / Segovia

Arrival at Madrid Airport and private transfer to Madrid Hotel. In the evening, you will enjoy a Tapas Tour at local restaurants. You will walk through Madrid stopping in emblematic bars and tasting the most typical Spanish dishes such as Vermouth, grilled mushrooms, garlic shrimps, and more.

Night in Madrid

Day 2 - Madrid / Seville

In the morning, you will take a train from Madrid to Seville. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to join The Typical Spanish course “par excellence” which includes the elaboration of one of the best-known dishes of our country, Valencian Paella, and also our famous drink, Sangria. The class will be around 1h30 and at the end, you will taste the Paella you have elaborated

Day 3 - Seville / Aracena (Huelva)

In the morning, you will meet your driver and you will be transferred to Aracena, where you will Visit Jamón Iberico Dehesa ("meadow") This includes the Tour through the field where the pigs grow, 3 km, 1.8 miles walking through the meadow - low difficulty - with explanations about wildlife of the area. Then, you will enjoy the visit to the private facilities and factory where jamon ibérico is made. This also includes a Jamon Iberico & lunchmeat tasting + glass of red or white wine. The tour will be around 4 Hours. After the tour, you will be driven back to Sevilla where you will spend the night.

DAY 4 - Seville / Jerez

In the morning, you will meet your driver to go to Jerez where you will visit a Sherry Winery (Tio Pepe). As you wander through vineyards, ancient courtyards, and cobbled streets, you’ll discover their system for maturing and aging the wines and brandies from Jerez. What does the tour include? 1h and 30 minutes Guided tour of Bodegas Tío Pepe + Tasting of 2 types of sherry wine. Once you finish, you will continue to visit winery Luis Perez, where you will enjoy a 2-hour Tour which also includes a tasting of a selection of our Signature Wines (4 local wines), accompanied by cheeses and Iberian cured meats from the land of Cádiz. You will spend the night in Jerez,

DAY 5 - Jerez / Barbate

In the morning, you will meet your driver and go to Barbate, where you will visit a Tuna Factor and learn about "Ronqueo" (when a tuna, freshly caught, is skinned and filleted by hand) It includes a tasting of the product: smoked tuna & cheese skewers and typical "mojama" (tuna jerky). The visit will be around 90 minutes. At the end, you will be transferred back to Jerez, where you will spend the night.

DAY 6 - Jerez / Ronda / Granada

In the morning, you will meet with your driver to go to Ronda, where you will do a winery visit of 1h 30 minutes. They will go through the explanation of the history of the winery, a vineyard tour, they will learn how the wine is made and they will have a tasting of 4 different wines with some snacks. At the end of the Tour, you will be transferred to Granada where you will spend the night.

Day 7 - Granada

In the morning, you will meet to the driver at the Hotel. You will go to a Caviar guided visit (90 minutes) at Riofrio. You will discover the fish farm where sturgeon caviar is produced and you will taste 20 gr of caviar + glass of champagne or vodka. At the end of the guided visit, you will go back to Granada, where you will spend the night.

DAY 8 - Granada / Córdoba

You will meet with the driver at your hotel lobby and you will transferred to your next stop: Córdoba. On your way, you will make a stopover to visit an Olive Oil Mill. You will discover the olive grove and learn about their ecologically produced olives, walk thought the garden with centennial olive trees, and learn about the procedure of pressing the olive to get the oil. The tour will be around 90 minutes and at the end you will be offered a little oil tasting. When you finish, you will continue your way to Córdoba where you will spend the night.

DAY 9 - Córdoba / Madrid

In the morning, you will take a train from Córdoba to Madrid, where you will have all day free to explore the city on your own. You will spend the night in Madrid

Day 10 - Madrid

You will meet with the driver at your hotel lobby and he will drive you to Madrid Airport.
